Where to find us

Holywell Bay School of Surf is located at the stunning Holywell Bay beach on Cornwall’s north coast, just outside Newquay. The beach is well signposted and easy to reach by car, public transport, or on foot if you’re staying locally.

Get to us by car

Follow signs for Holywell Bay from Newquay or the A30. There are 2 car parks next to the beach, one small Pay and Display next to the Holywell Bay Beach Bar and a much larger National Trust car park further along where pay and display applies or members are free.

By Public Transport

Local buses run from Newquay to Holywell Bay, particularly during the main season. From the bus stop, it’s a short walk to the beach access path.

On Foot

If you’re staying in or around Holywell Bay, the beach is easily accessible via well-marked footpaths leading across the sand. You can either head over the top of the dune, where you’ll see the Holywell Bay Surf Life Saving Club on your right as you reach the seafront or walk around the edge of the sand dune until the surf club comes into view on your right.

What to Look For

Once on the Beach Seafront you cant miss us we are based at the Holywell Bay Surf life saving club, The only building on the beach , look out for feather flags and banners on the sand plateau just in front.
